Enrique Lacalle, Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the 3rd International Real Estate Symposium & Exposition Central Europe Meeting Point, organized by Barcelona Meeting Point, considers that the 3rd edition of the Exhibition that closes its doors today “has turned out beyond all expectations; so many Spanish companies had never before crossed our borders for an international real estate meeting”.

Figures are spectacular and confirm it so:

• Symposium Participants 425
• Speakers 40

Enrique Lacalle says that CEMP 2008 figures confirm the Event as “the First Real Estate Symposium in Central and Eastern Europe and a point of reference in the European Real Estate Industry . I do believe that, once again, we have served the real estate industry by creating a new meeting point where making contacts and business.”

Although it is very difficult to make an exact calculation, the estimate turnover of the real estate deals carried out in the duration of CEMP 2008 indicates that “real estate deals may exceed the 250 million euros though this figure may be defined in the next few months.”

Enrique Lacalle would like to highlight several aspects of CEMP 2008:
